AAPI Caucus – Day 1
At the Asian American & Pacific Islander (AAPI) Caucus, notable AAPI leaders voiced their support of Hillary Clinton’s vision, the importance of the growing AAPI vote and a more a unified Democratic party. APIAVote Briefing on AAPI Electorate
APIAVote held a briefing discussing the importance of the AAPI electorate in influencing the coming elections, on both the state and federal levels. Other prominent AAPI advocacy organizations, such as the National Council of Asian Pacific Americans (NCAPA) and Asian Americans Advancing Justice | AAJC presented their overarching platforms, which covered an expanse of issues, such as immigration reform and increasing AAPI political participation.
